2. Purpose
Ble is a digital platform that connects people who need domestic, personal and professional services with qualified service providers. Ble does not directly provide any of the advertised services, acting exclusively as a technological intermediary.
3. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the Ble platform, the user fully accepts these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of the terms, you should not use the platform.
4. Registration and Account
To use the platform, it is necessary to create an account with true and up-to-date information. The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their access credentials. Each person may only have one account. Ble reserves the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.
5. Types of Users
Client: a person who requests services through the platform. Professional (Helper): a person or company that provides services to clients. Both types of users must comply with the legal obligations applicable to their activity.
6. Credit System
Ble uses a credit system to facilitate the connection between clients and professionals. Credits are required to establish matches between requests and professionals. Purchased credits are non-refundable, except as provided by law. Credit prices may be changed at any time, with users being notified in advance.
7. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to: provide accurate information about the services required; treat professionals with respect and courtesy; make agreed payments directly to the professional; report any problems or incidents to Ble.
8. Professional Responsibilities
The professional agrees to: keep their profile updated with accurate information; provide services with quality and professionalism; meet agreed schedules and commitments; hold all licenses and insurance required by law for their activity; issue invoices/receipts as required by tax legislation.
9. Limitation of Liability
Ble is not responsible for: the quality, suitability or outcome of services provided by professionals; damages caused during or as a result of service provision; disputes between clients and professionals; non-compliance with tax or legal obligations by professionals; temporary platform unavailability for technical reasons.
10. Reviews and Comments
Users may rate and comment on services provided/received. Reviews must be honest, truthful and respectful. Ble reserves the right to remove reviews that contain offensive language, false content or that violate these terms.
11. Intellectual Property
All platform content (logos, text, design, code, images) is the property of Superoi Lda or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution or use of this content is prohibited.
12. Data Protection
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, the user confirms having read and understood the Privacy Policy.
13. Dispute Resolution
In case of dispute, the parties commit to attempting an amicable resolution. If this is not possible, the competent jurisdiction will be Lisbon, Portugal, and Portuguese law will apply.
14. Changes to Terms
Ble may change these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes by email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the changes.
